Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Retail Store Manager at Magpies Gifts in Bellaire, TX. As a Retail Store Manager, you will oversee daily operations, manage staff and the employee schedule, handle customer inquiries, ensure store cleanliness and organization, and drive sales and profitability through running reports and analyzing sales.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail management
- Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to motivate a team while maintaining high employee morale
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Knowledge of inventory management
- Ability to analyze sales trends and set performance goals
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field is a plus
